Modsquad has worked with this client on a number of tasks, but we are expanding to provide further support for them.
Mods will be reviewing submissions to their online marketplace via salesforce, ensuring their quality and submission standards are metSome support tickets will be handled in addition to quality assurance, as well as some moderation of marketplace comments.
Project hours: 5 am - 3 pm pt monday - sunday weekend availability required (at least 8 hours)
Especially seeking availability: later hours weekends
Minimum commitment: 20 hours per week 3 months

What we are looking for:
Customer support/tech support (crm tools, esp salesforce)
Moderation experience
Technically inclined
Expansive knowledge of gaming genres
Workspace requirements:
Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with windows 10 or above (please note: a chromebook is not sufficient for modsquad projects.)
Quality headset
Quiet workspace to take calls
Willingness to install msq security software and 2fa app on phone
