Modsquad has partnered with a very popular music streaming service, that continues to grow around the globe!
We are looking for a chat support representative for a global music streaming service that allows people to enjoy the songs they love and also discover new onesCustomer inquiries can range from something simple like telling a user how to access their account or address any technical issuesThis project places a huge emphasis on the customer experience and attention to detail.
Mods will start as english messaging, however, depending on the business need he/she can be moved to a different area.
Especially looking for: fluent or native-level japanese
Especially seeking availability: 15 hours required during saturday and sunday
Training and nesting hours: wed-sun from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm pst production hours: mon-sun 4:00 am to 6:00 pm pst
Hourly rate: $15
Commitment: 25 hours per week (15 of those hours during sat and sun) 90 days (as needed)

Ability to quickly identify and all issues the customer may have.
Maintain high engagement with both the project and customers.
Someone who wants to help the customer, not just move to the next one.
People-driven to do more for the customer and exercise good judgement in their favor when the opportunity presents itself
Workspace requirements:
Stable broadband internet connection of 25 mbs or greater
4gb ram or better
Dual monitors highly recommended
Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with windows 10 or above (please note: a chromebook is not sufficient for modsquad projects.)
Quality headset
Quiet workspace to take calls
Willingness to install msq security software and 2fa app on phone
