Our mods bring super skills, a positive attitude and great vibe to project work everydayMods assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns and are the gps for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client`s product or servicesProject gigs available now and more are on the horizon.
To be considered, you must have strong customer support experienceYou will be engaging with social users via sprinklr and handling some content via email in the company`s virtual desktop.
Project hours: 5 am - 10 pm pst
Commitment: 15 hours per week 90 days (as needed)
Especially seeking availability: evenings, weekends, holidays

What we are looking for:
Must be located in the united states
Native-level in the english language
Impeccable, error-free writing skills
Precision to details
Empathetic without assuming fault
Skilled at handling multiple channels
Detail-oriented and able to follow a step-by-step escalation process
Experienced with sprinklr
Workspace requirements:
Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with windows 10 or above
Quality headset
Quiet workspace to take calls
Willingness to install msq security software and 2fa app on phone
