Molekule is looking for an experienced ecommerce site manager to oversee the production of our website and other online marketing / business initiatives to ensure a superior customer experience.
This role will partner cross functionally to ensure accurate execution of campaigns, promos, pricing, and product updates on molekule.com and its global sitesIn partnership with marketing, product, and it, the site manager will help drive innovation and optimization of our ecommerce experience, customer behavior, review the industry landscape, and partner with other teams to deliver key features and servicesThe site manager will be data-driven and focused on business impact to maximize traffic growth and improve conversion rate across molekule’s sitesThis is a new role for the organization, sits on the growth marketing team, and is responsible for all molekule properties (us, global sites, blog, mobile, customer service help center).
What you will own:
Manage day-to-day website updates inclusive of homepage, editorial content, and merchandising updates to ensure efficient and accurate execution
Provide strategic direction for the site
Upload all website assets (creative, copy, product imagery, pricing, etc.) to cms and complete qa process before pushing to live on our website
Create promotional strategy and calendar, partnering closely with growth and forecasting teams
Manage online production calendar of events
Work cross functionally to ensure accuracy of inventory levels, including sold out or late arriving styles
Support the team to project manage, qa, launch, and scale new features and initiatives
Define and own key success metrics for our ecommerce siteCreate dashboards, analyze data, conduct a/b tests in partnership with growth team and share learnings cross-functionally
Laser focused on performance - actively monitor site performance and work cross functionally (it, marketing channel leads) to diagnose issues
Partner with customer service on customer service help center section of site to ensure a unified customer experience
Partner closely with product on driving innovation and site optimization
Participate in ecommerce platform evaluation
Benchmark best in class consumer tech ecommerce
What you will bring:
8+ yrs relevant ecommerce site content management and project management experienceMagento or commerce tools experience a plus
Able to manage requirements for multiple projects with constant attention to detail – work prioritization, planning and task delegation
Flexible, adaptable and ready to take on new projects outside of day-to-day scope, pending business needs
Basic working knowledge of html, css and ux design principles to build site content pages preferred
Analytical and data-drivenExperience in google analytics, tableau, hotjar a plus
Intellectual curiosity and strong teamwork/collaboration proclivity
Excellent cross-functional project management ability
Exceptional analytical skills and functional expertise with measurement and reporting tools (google analytics and tableau preferred).
Ability to drive programs and execute on a vision, together with strong interpersonal and reporting skills
Experience owning multiple sites (multiple markets or brands)
