Experienced residential real estate paralegal

New jersey (this position is 100% work from home/virtual)
We are a quickly growing virtual law firm that handles 300+ transactions a yearWe represent landlords, purchasers, sellers, investors and developersWe are looking to hire a full time experienced real estate paralegal that will use their expertise and self-motivation to help our law firm continue to grow while giving the candidate the opportunity to grow personally and professionally as well
Experienced real estate transaction coordinator responsibilities:
Communicating directly with clients, business partners, realtors, lenders, title companies, municipalities etc.
Working as the liaison between attorneys and our virtual assistants, guiding them when they have questions that do not need the attention of an attorney, but will greatly benefit from someone experienced in the industry.
Review attorney review letters, contracts, addendums, memos to clients, etc.
Onboard clients
Delegate, review and approve docs drafted by our vas.
Engage in all stages of the transaction in finite detail from start to finish.
Make sure file requirements are being met
Having a warm inviting presence and communication style with clients
Expedite files and more.
Experienced real estate transaction coordinator/ paralegal qualifications:
2(minimum) + years of experience in a law firm working as a paralegal on residential real estate transactionsDo not apply for this position if you do not have experience working on residential real estate transactions in new jersey
Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
Has a passion for getting deals closed and finds excitement in solving problems
Ability to delegate
Emotional intelligence
Ability to juggle many details and file requirements
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to work virtually, but be available to drive to various locations in the state of new jersey if needed to expedite a file
Available 8am-6pm, monday-friday, and earlier/later if necessary and or on weekends
