What you will do
Leading the full-cycle recruitment process.
Focus on international hiring.
Sourcing candidates via multiple channels and maintaining a strong pipeline of talents, whilst creating a great candidate experience
Face-to-face and remote competency-based interviews.
Assist the people team with ad-hoc projects, activities and tasks that arise.
What we expect
Advanced knowledge in english (fluent speaking, be able to conduct an english interview and assess candidate language use level).
Experience on it hiring (mainly linkedin boolean search).
Experience performing competency-based interviews.
Passion for helping others.
Results-oriented.
Creativity to propose new ideas and carry out innovative tasks that allow the company to continue its growing.
Psychology or hr graduate with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Nice to have
Experience in a software industry company.
