Full job description
Morton has an immediate need for an integration designer for a customer located in raleigh, north carolinaThe selected integration designer will be a part of the supply chain integration team which responsible for the creation of transformation and integration of transactional data between existing and new applicationsComprised of key core capabilities including core merchandising, purchasing, inventory, sales audit, replenishment and moreThe team is engaged in a multi-year transformational project to implement the best-in-class applications, enabling our customer`s missionSuccessful candidates will be strong background in the retail domainThey must understand the processes of supply chain related to retailAble to analyze, map, and document designs that can be handed to the development team for codingThe candidate should be able to review canonical models for new and existing applications to produce mapping and designs for the integration of a transactionThe ideal candidate is one that is not only passionate about software development and software architecture but also focus on business needs and customer experienceThe day-to-day work is interesting, challenging, and fast-paced.
Qualifications:
Candidates should have experience work in an iterative development environment
Able to create and update mapping documents between integration points
Able to create design documents a developer would use for coding
Able work closely with subject matter experts, solution architects, developers, and qa testers to assure business and technical requirements are met.
Have excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
5 to 7 years’ experience in software development and design in retail domain
Experience with json, avro schema working experience preferred
Experience with mulesoft
Experience with xml
Experience with kafka
Experience with jda or blue yonder applications a plus
Experience with as400 systems a plus
