We are looking for a talented ui/ux designer to create amazing user experiencesThe ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior ui skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfacesYou will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experienceIn this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problemsA strong portfolio of successful ux and other technical projects is essential.
You will collaborate with a cross-functional team, including designers, engineers and product managers to ensure our branding is consistent and appealingIf you have the ability to convey messages and information through illustrations, graphics and patterns, we’d like to meet youUltimately, you will design aesthetically-pleasing products that capture our brand and engage our audiences.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
Build page navigation buttons and search fields
Develop ui mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
Combine various colors, shapes and typography fonts to improve user experience
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
Identify and troubleshoot ux problems (e.gResponsiveness)
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
Find creative ways to solve ux problems (e.gUsability, findability)
Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
Collaborate with internal teams to define user interface requirements
Requirements
Proven work experience as a ui/ux designer or similar role
Portfolio of design projects
Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
Good time-management skills
Bsc in human-computer interaction, design, computer science, relevant field; or similar experience
