The talent acquisition manager will oversee the entire recruitment life cycleThis includes strategy, metrics analysis, recruitment policies, compliance, and talent pipeline management while leading and developing talent acquisition staffWe are looking for someone who can implement sourcing and recruiting campaigns while integrating best-in-class recruitment practices to attract top talent!
We are looking for talent acquisition leaders that meet the following criteria:
5 or more years of recruiting experience with 3 years of direct supervision/management experienceBa/bs in business, hr management, or other related field.
Strong strategy development experience with considerable knowledge of marketing trends, recruiting best practices, and hr compliance, and metrics analyzation.
Strong training, analytical, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Skills & certifications
Shrm scp or phr preferred
Strong experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (taleo) and hr databases
Solid familiarity with social media and other professional recruitment networks
Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
Considerable knowledge of practices and standards of hr office administration
Strong training, analytical, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Pc experience in a microsoft windows environment, proficient with internet email, taleo, word, excel, outlook and other software
Ability to effectively learn and manage various systems used in an hr environment
Skill evaluation: math 80%, spelling 80%, excel 70%, typing 40 wpm
Educaton & experience
5 or more years of recruiting experience.
External candidates must have 3 years of direct supervision/management experience.
Internal candidates must have 2 years of mouser experience directly supervising or managing employees.
Ba or bs in business, human resources management or organizational psychology
