Position summary:
The associate recruiter works in conjunction with recruiter(s) in facilitating and expediting candidate sourcing and selection processPlays a key role in distinguishing multicare health system as an employer of choice by providing timely, courteous support to job applicants and pending new hiresAssociate recruiters work independently with the recruiting manager and assigned recruiter(s) within their service lines as well as with internal and external customersInternal and external customers include mhs leaders at all levels, internal job applicants, external job applicants, vendors, outside organizations and visitors.
Minimum requirements:
4 years of related experience; preferably in human resources, recruiting or sales
Education/licenses/certifications:
Associates degree; or certificate in business, human resources, marketing, or health care related field; or two (2) additional years of experience in human resources, recruiting, sales
