Position summary:
The contracts analyst provides support to contracts managers by reviewing, analyzing, drafting and negotiating routine mhs contractsThe contracts analyst may assist with more complex, non-routine mhs contracts that require development of specialized contract vehicles and techniques to accomplish business goals and objectivesThe contracts analyst works with the contracts managers on special projects, due diligence, and process development as needed.
Minimum requirements:
Two (2) years of experience developing, implementing, operating or maintaining analytics for contract processes and/or business support required
An advanced degree in law may be considered in lieu of experience
Negotiation skills required
Healthcare experience preferred
Education/licenses/certifications:
Bachelors degree required
Contract management certification preferred
