Position summary:
The sourcing recruiter is responsible for managing constant sourcing of candidates for multicare position across teh organizationThis position requires a service-oriented individual with the ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced, team environmentTheRecruiter must manage multiple conflicting priorities, demonstrate a high attention to detail and form effective partnerships with mhs leadership, candidates, peers, service providers and academic institutionsWork situations require organization, prioritization, resourcefulness, initiative, persuasiveness, and a sense of urgency balanced with discretion and good judgment in decision-makingAreas of responsibility include defining job requirements; identifying qualified external candidates; prescreening; consulting on selection processes, initiate the handoff to the external recruiter, and serving as an ambassador for multicare
Minimum requirements:
2 years recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare and/or union setting
Hr or recruitment certification preferred
Education/licenses/certifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent additional qualifying work experience may be substituted for education
