We are seeking a highly motivated contract recruiter to help our company meet complex and emerging staffing needsAs a staffing and recruitment specialist, you actively recruit qualified individuals for open positions, oversee candidate interviews and screening, and collaborate with hr personnel to formulate effective staffing strategiesOur ideal candidate has both considerable experience and success as a corporate recruiter, in addition to strong communication and organizational skillsThis position will be based at the corporate office in oakbrook terrace, il with opportunity to work remote.
Responsibilities:
Recruit qualified individuals to fill vacant positions
Collaborate with hr personnel and executive stakeholders to determine an ideal hiring and staffing strategy
Oversee and conduct candidate interviews and implement new hiring processes
Utilize all tools available to source top talent
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in hr, business, or a relevant field
Recruiting experience
Strong computer proficiency
Experience utilizing an hris system, preferably ulti-pro
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
