Nfr maintains properties for mortgage companies by working closely with our nationwide network of contractors and inspectorsOur bradenton, fl office currently has an opening for a invoice coordinator.
Invoicing coordinator responsibilities include creating detailed, accurate and justified invoices for various types of property preservation work that nfr contractors have performed at customer propertiesInvoicing coordinators will verify all required documentation is received from contractors and will also discuss invoicing edits/adjustments with contractors and clients.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a finance background, positive attitude, excellent customer service, attention to detail, verbal, written, communication and math skillsCandidates must be a team player, self-motivated and able to prioritize a high-volume workload while meeting various deadlinesPrevious experience adapting to multiple software applications is helpfulProficiency in excel is also encouraged and beneficial.
This position will learn and maintain knowledge of the variety of work performed in the mortgage industry for different loan types and customer requirements.
This is a full-time remote position with a hybrid option out of our bradenton, fl office.
