Typical day in the role
You will use 3d editor and applications to create/support game features
Investigate and fix bugs as needed
Test pipelines and features for support systems
Work with team of engineers to complete tasks
Qualifications
Bachelor of math/computer science
Professional programming background in c#, sql, and scripting languages
Rock solid understanding of software engineering best practices
Strong communication skills
Passion for games and a customer-obsessed attitude
Nice to have
Professional c++ experience
At least 2 years of professional software development experience
Experience with complex games systems (animation, graphics, game engine, etc.)
Experience using 3d editors and applications
Experience with automated testing pipelines and build systems
Top 3 must-haves:
2+ years of experience professional programming background in c#, sql, and scripting languages
Strong understanding of software engineering practices
Bachelors in math or computer science
