Nebraska furniture mart’s contact center is a fast-paced, team environment where you’ll play a critical role in our success by building positive relationships with our customersIn addition to answering questions and sharing your expertise about our many products and services with our customers, you’re also empowered to offer solutions that exceed their expectationsAfter 4 weeks of on site training there is potential for this position to transition to work at homePotential up to $200 incentive per month through december 2021.

Experience
Preferred
��� ability to work nights and weekends
��� basic knowledge of word, excel, outlook and internet explorer
��� bilingual speaking is bonus
