Job description
This is an opportunity to get in at the ground floor of negotiatus` it department! your day to day work will be a mix of working directly with the cto to identify areas of opportunity and problems, build out processes to address them, and then manage them on an ongoing basisYour work will have an immense impact on our team and company`s productivity and security, and will be key to our success as we ~double headcount over the next year.
As an it support specialist, you`ll help implement/revamp our processes in the following key areas, and then manage on an ongoing basis:
Device management: rolling out mosyle, taking inventory of existing hardware, developing policies, and then up-keeping the mosyle account
Employee hardware: from upkeep and maintenance to creating and shipping hardware packages for new hires
On-boarding/off-boarding policies and hardware and account provisioning and de-provisioning
Low-volume employee help desk: for questions on device and account setup and other issues
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of either schooling or experience in information technology, information security, or networking
A strong general hardware and software competency and an expert at troubleshooting
Strong oral and written communication skills and a habit of communicating early and often
You love owning projects and initiatives and thrive with responsibility and deadlines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where the toolset is continuously evolving (and you can help evolve it!)
A solutions-driven attitude along with the ability to give clear technical instructions
Demonstrable proficiency with mac
