A typical day includes:
Identify and execute improvement strategies in site infrastructure, keyword selection and on-page optimization
Support client campaigns and promotions; manage content development, linking programs, local profiles, social integration, conversion optimization and more
Create custom reports to measure and monitor performance and service value added
Report metrics and insights to clients along with actionable recommendations
Research and track industry and function developments to maintain best-in-class, cutting-edge service
Proactively communicate with clients and provide timely responses to questions and inquiries
Cooperate with colleagues for an integrated approach to client marketing needs and channel strategy
Support sales with new business pitches or site audits
Directly manage some setup and ongoing optimization of ppc campaigns for multiple clients
Work directly with the other digital marketing specialists (social, email) to ensure campaigns align with the organic strategy
Analysis of campaign data and reporting on recommendations and strategy on a monthly basis
Perform digital advertising audits on an as-needed basis
Actively collaborate with digital marketing specialists and project managers to ensure digital advertising campaigns align with other ongoing initiatives
Ensure implementation of best practice guidelines and follow company processes
Your skills:
2+ years of seo experience at an agency
2+ years professional writing experience strongly preferred (email, blogs, social, web content, or similar)
Strong understanding of google analytics and other tools like semrush
Experience collaborating on website builds or knowledge of website architecture
Entrepreneurial drive – you have the energy and motivation to do the best for our clients
Time management skills with the ability to service multiple clients
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience or interest in the real estate industry is a plus
