Job summary:
Netrush is looking for a dynamic and resourceful recruiter within the human resources department to support our exciting growthThe ideal candidate embraces values, enjoys getting to know people, and excels at facilitating communicationThis role will be responsible for partnering with leaders to understand their specific needsMost importantly, we’re looking for someone who cares about people and doing the right thing.
Essential job duties and responsibilities:
Lead entire recruitment process including managing the requisition approval, hiring manager communication, job posting, candidate sourcing, application review, candidate screening, interview strategy, and offer process.
Implement and adapt strategies within business units including employer branding, internal recruiting and networking, and diversity.
Leverage resources to create brand awareness, network, and a top-tier candidate pool.
Create and manage target top talent lists.
Host strategic planning meetings with leaders to understand current and upcoming talent needs.
Utilize systems to follow key standards, document critical actions, recommend improvements and ensure that all data is accurate for reporting purposes.
Lead additional recruiting initiatives as needed.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a recruiter with an agency or within a corporate environment.
Track record of driving a holistic recruiting strategy and achieving goals.
Preferred qualifications:
Recruiting experience with ecommerce / online marketplace roles.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Other requirements:
Excellent command of the english language in both written and verbal communication
Reliable internet connection
An atmosphere that is appropriate for virtual/phone meetings
An environment that minimizes distractions
