Being an outgoing and organized person
Responding to inbound leads for new projects the same day (1 daily)
Following up on open proposals (30 emails & 15 phone calls daily, using salesforce.com
Meeting with new clients to close new business (4 per week)
Pricing mep fees
High level knowledge of overall construction industry (architecture, bidding, gc, subcontractors)
Leading 4 mep projects simultaneously
Empowerment to run mep projects with own style
Corresponding with clients directly
Conducting site surveys
Ability to work quickly on the computer and with technology
Being able to work well in all market sectors, including: residential, office, healthcare, education, hotels, retail, restaurants, public, and non-profit
Billing clients monthly
Communicating with remote office
Leading a dedicated team of at least 3 engineers
