About the role
This is a 12-month contract role (with scope for contract extensions or conversion to fte), reporting to the director, talent acquisition, academics and schoolsAs our talent acquisition manager for the group, you will have the opportunity to join and shape a fast-scaling global organisation by developing a highly effective talent pipeline for all positions in the programThe ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multi-task and take ownership of the current talent acquisition process from the get-go.

What you will do
Together with the director, talent acquisition, academics & schools, work with newglobe’s hiring managers and their respective teams to rapidly identify, develop, assess and recruit superior talent for program and department vacancies.
For each search assigned, you will take ownership of the full recruitment life-cycle, managing all crucial stages from kickoff, development, initial assessments, interviews, and offers, and support the group’s talent acquisition director across other key searches and initiatives.
Use social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other means to source candidates for current open roles and identify future talent needs and proactively recruit and source candidates.
Manage relationships with external recruiters, academic and professional groups, and with a wider audience through a variety of channels and other targeted outreach to key audiences; including coordination of on-campus recruiting, job fairs, conferences, and other opportunities to connect with audiences interested in for-profit education space.
Partner with the people’s team for internal hiring efforts (internal recruitment is the assessment of employees for different or more senior roles).
Guide hiring managers and decision makers by providing valuable insight and hiring and employment dataMay develop specialized or competitive intelligence and research in regards to talent development.
Candidate experience focused; coach and mentor a team on meticulous candidate management using an applicant tracking system to track applicants from the selection phase through to on-boarding.
What you should have
Bachelor`s degree with superior academic performance.
In depth headhunting / recruitment / talent attraction experience, particularly with building diverse teams, gained through 2 years+ in talent acquisition, hr and / or consulting.
Prior experience within a fast-paced, metric driven talent acquisition organization (agency or corporate).
An insatiable appetite for recruiting through all available channels and the creativity to discover new ones.
A strong desire to provide superior client-service to newglobe’s hiring managers.
An unyielding drive to complete each search assignment in a timely efficient manner.
We particularly value experience in extreme growth situations - prior experience within a fast paced, disruptor, metric driven consulting or educational organization is a bonus.
Experience using jobvite and linkedin recruiter highly preferred
