Full job description
Position description: the senior quality analyst position is responsible for driving the testing functions of their assigned project while managing a small number of direct reportsThey will also create test strategies, triage defects, and report on the overall statusThis position requires a strong leadership mentality, with the ability to also dive into the details and help test code when necessaryEssential duties:
Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Status reporting internally and externally
Define and implement end-to-end product test strategy
Plan test schedules and strategies in accordance with project scope and delivery dates
Collaborate with business, technical, and overall project team to provide a high level of functionality, usability, and testability during planning and requirements phases
Evaluating and refining qa processes for internal and external projects
Facilitate multiple testers or test teams on a project
Keep the test cases updated, maintaining automated test cases, and verifying new features/bug fixes
The ability to communicate effectively with the business, technical, and overall project team is a must
Technical skills
Test automation preferred
Experience with office 365 required
In-depth knowledge of sdlc process
Solid understanding of both agile and waterfall methodologies
Interpersonal skills:

Can work independently and in a team environment
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
Proven attention to detail and organization on all documentation
Exhibits strong verbal and written communications
Ability to multi-task

Education and experience:
Bachelor`s degree in computer science or information technology related or relevant software implementation experience.
3-5 years proven experience with duck creek platform
Additional requirements:
This position is a full time position and primarily works monday through friday 8 am-5 pm cst, the ability to work outside of primary hours is required as needed
This position can be remote, or in one of our offices located in springfield, mo or columbia, sc
Ability to travel as needed
