Position summary:
The qc auditor ii position is responsible for providing detailed mortgage file review for both pre-funding and post-closing in accordance with company and agency requirements, as well as other assigned qc projects as determined by the chief risk officer.

Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Perform daily loan audits to ensure compliance with agency guidelines.
Identity areas of fraud, misrepresentation and/or possible risk to the company.
Prepare summary reports to identify areas of risk and/or training.
Perform detailed pre-funding and/or post-closing loan file reviews.
Ensure loans meet investor and agency (fha, va, fnma and fhlmc) underwriting guidelines.
Ensure all loans meet regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Perform risk analysis to detect and prevent fraud.
Maintain company quality and daily production expectations.

Identify and report trends and training opportunities.
Effectively communicate, work with, and build relationships with all levels of constituents including culturally and linguistically diverse staff members and external candidates and/or vendors, while operating in a fast-paced customer service driven environment.
