We are looking for someone passionate and experienced around candidate research, market intelligence, passive candidate outreach, leadership sourcing, and relationship developmentWe need someone interested in innovating on process, understanding emerging recruitment technologies, and building out key recruiting projectsThe ideal candidate will have experience recruiting in multiple different geographies across north america and at ease contacting passive, senior level talentOur senior diversity talent sourcers are specialized in sourcing processes, including managing complex candidate pipelines, presenting to executives, managing recruiter relationships, and innovating on recruiting processes within global nike technology.
What you will work on
In this role, you will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand current and future hiring needs while crafting creative strategies to engage passive, high-performing tech talentYou will proactively assess technical talent for specialized and hard-to-fill roles across nike technology, with a sharp focus on managing diverse pipelinesEarning trust across a range of partners and customers, you will establish yourself as the authority for technology sourcingYou will actively form meaningful relationships with talent, using such as taleo ats, avature crm, gild, linkedin, stackoverflow, and hiringsolved.
Who you will work with
This role is embedded in our diversity talent sourcing team within the recruiting organizationThis role will collaborate with hr business partners and the technology recruiting team to support all hiring for nike`s global technology organization.
What you bring
Open to remote work except in colorado
Bachelor`s degree in human resources, business or a related field.
4+ years` full cycle recruitment and/or technical sourcing experience with focus on developing diverse pipelines of talent.
2 years` additional experience in lieu of a degree.
Direct experience sourcing for talent in three or more of the following areas: technical and solutions architects; core engineering (front-end, back-end, full stack, mobile) with retail/ecommerce experience; advanced analytics (data engineering, ai/ml engineering, data science, personalization); platform engineering (cloud experience a plus); innovation engineering; network and infrastructure; cyber security/information security (iam, cyber threat, risk, governance); technical product management; user experience (ux) design; technical program management.
Dynamic talent sourcing experience competing across the technology talent marketplace.
Demonstrated experience generating leads and building diverse talent pipelines.
Expertise in assessing technical talent.
Experience developing complex search strategies to identify & attract diverse passive talent.
