Full job description
Lead new talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
Headhunt by identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
Brief candidates about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job
Assist in recruiting for both salaried and contract roles by messaging prospective employees on linkedin and through email
Screen candidates via phone and video calls from both internal applications through greenhouse and external prospects
Maintain accountability for the entire recruitment process as defined by the client
