Our senior recruiters play a key role in hiring and candidate experienceAs a partner and strategist, you will be tasked to find and engage skilled candidates for our open and future hiring needs supporting the nordstrom technology teamsWe are looking for someone who is a problem solver, improvement guru, and is committed to providing exceptional candidate experience to internal and external candidates.
We are in the midst of transformational change welcome candidates with experience elevating delivery of diversity, process and data driven.
A day in the life…
Develop and implement diverse sourcing strategies, including referral generation, postings, direct sourcing, media and networking
Work closely with hiring managers in the selection and hiring process
Build a network of contacts and pipeline for future opportunities
Screen candidates to determine skill set and level of interest
Manage, maintain and support current recruiting processes and tools to ensure best practice and consistency (while making suggestions for improvements, too!)
Assist or lead recruiting projects
You own this if you have...
5+ years in full cycle recruiting and hiring within technology
Track record of effective sourcing strategies, especially in hard-to-find talent areas
Experience developing hiring manager capabilities and advising businesses on the most effective hiring strategies
Demonstrated ability to execute the recruitment process including sourcing, candidate selection, interviewing, making offer recommendations and negotiating offers
Ability to work well in a team environment and successfully build relationships with peers, hr partners and hiring managers
Skilled in current recruiting technologies, including ats and sourcing tools
