Nosh is a food delivery startup that helps local, independent restaurants be sustainable by creating a `restaurant ownership model` (we`re owned by a collective of local restaurants, not a large corporation).
We’re looking for an empathetic but assertive customer experience associateThe ideal candidate is highly personable, detail-oriented, and highly motivatedYou must also be able to deal with stressful situations and have good crisis management skillsYou`ll be working from home so you`ll need:
A steady wifi connection
A reliable computer
A sense of humor (we enjoy a good dad joke; or a bad one)
Open availability during breakfast (9a-1p) lunch (11a-4p) and/or nights (3p-8p or 4p-1030p) and weekendsYou won`t be asked to work every weekend but you must be available to rotate.
Working from boulder county, coAlthough the job is remote, we`re a local company, we take pride in hiring local staff that live in or near boulder county
Responsibilities:
Assisting customers through different communication channels like email, phone, and crm software (e.g., zendesk, olark, etcNo prior knowledge required; we`ll teach you how to use it)
Utilizing software such as slack and zoom to talk with teammates in real time about customer and restaurant tickets
Managing time and priorities throughout the busy meal times
About you:
Empathetic: you connect well with other people and understand the customer’s pain points
Curious: please do a 2-minute google search on nosh and read articles from the local news
Customer-oriented: when there’s a problem, you’re focused on setting things right
Highly results-oriented: you want your work to make a direct impact on the business

Crisis management: we have a lot of fun doing what we do, but it does get stressful sometimes, given our high volumesIdeally, you`ll be the type of person who can keep your cool under stressful situations.
