Ui testing for the web and mobile
Integrate automatisation into the current deploy processes for all stages
Become a mentor for the junior colleagues (skill matrix/exp share)
Manually check features (if needed)
Tools: cypressio/ puppetier - ui wireshark, fiddler, postman, docker, python 3.x , js jenkins, teamcity, git ci flow etc

Distributed load testing (web, backend, mobile)
Traceback error logs for be and fe
Hands on api/ui testing with python or js
Easy learning (new tools/technologies)
