Vp of education and user clinical advancement:
The head of education and user advancement is responsible for creating and executing plans to design, develop and deliver strategic learning initiatives for nursedash`s clinical user baseWorking in close partnership with employer partners, educational partners, and other business leaders, the head of education is accountable for delivering solutions that build leadership, technical, operational, and business-critical skills and competencies required to achieve measurable business resultsThe head of education works independently, utilizing superb project management, facilitation, communication, and instructional design expertise to deliver relevant, effective learning solutions and delivering results.
Essential duties & responsibilities
Developing and refining nursedash`s upskilling initiatives to empower our user base on their healthcare career pathway
Demonstrated experience in building partnerships with stakeholders in the education space, particularly the healthcare/nursing education space (schools, employers, foundations, etc.)
Source and developing partnerships with academic institutions at the various nursing licensure levels (cna, lpn, rn, etc.)
Demonstrates a high level of experience and comfort interacting with all levels of stakeholders from multi-cultural backgrounds
Utilize instructional design techniques to perform needs assessment, define learning objectives, design and develop learning solutions and measure impact for our users.
Manage design, development, customization, and implementation of product roadmap initiatives to power our user`s educational journey
Understand stakeholder needs and business drivers and adapt to meet those needs
Assess quality and success of programs and share feedback to validate the effectiveness and suggest improvements
Qualifications
Knowledge, skills & abilities:
Instructional design - demonstrated understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design principles, and proven track record of creating and implementing successful learning solutionsStrong preference for those that have experience crafting a nursing curriculum.
Customer focus - is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers; acts with customer in mind; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respectStrong interpersonal skills - able to build successful partnershipsA growth mindset and a passion for helping people continuously improve.

Educational level:
Bachelor`s degreeMasters degree preferred in adult learning, education, healthcare or businessStrong preference for bsn, msn candidates.
