Litigation attorney – o’connell and aronowitz
Prominent albany-based firm seeks mid-level associate to junior-level partner with significant experience handling complex litigation to join its health law practiceWe are searching for an attorney who has successfully handled a diverse range of cases and who has practiced in new york state and federal courtsThis position will be responsible for handling health care, business and other complex litigation, from article 78 proceedings and administrative hearings and appeals, to class actionsWe expect candidates to have excellent writing, communication and analytical skills, and experience that includes a high degree of responsibility in connection with complex litigation mattersAdmission to the new york bar and a federal bar in new york is requiredLaw review experience or judicial clerkship experience is a plusThe successful candidate will be expected to assume substantial responsibility for client matters and to be a leader within our health law practiceExisting practice is welcome but not requiredOpportunity for remote work and excellent growth and advancement opportunities.
