Full job description
We’re looking for an efficient and passionate recruiting coordinator to help support our global hiring and on-boarding initiativePartnering with our recruiters & hiring managers, you’ll lead candidates through our hiring process.
What you’ll accomplish:
Coordinate on-site and phone interviews for candidates with extreme efficiency
Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
Ensure a positive and consistent experience throughout the entire candidate journey
Meet and greet candidates coming into the office to interview
Arrange travel and facilitate expense reimbursement process for candidates
Coordinate references & background checks
Draft and send offer letters
Perform administrative duties as required to support the recruiting & hr team
Qualities:
1+ year of recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth saas environment
Proven ability to prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks and in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a strong desire to contribute
Learns quickly in a high-growth and ever-changing environment
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
Creative problem solver who sees challenges as opportunities
Composed and focused under pressure
Warm and welcoming demeanor, able to build relationships quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with microsoft suite & jobvite preferred
