Do you have what it takes?
We are looking for a senior it headhunter (in san diego, ca, or remotely) that helps us hire high-quality technical talent, inclSenior software engineers, ai/ml specialists, and other technical specialists (see our job webpage about who we are looking for).
You will be exclusively headhunting/recruiting passive candidates for senior rolesYou need to have the last 5+ years experience and proven track record with it headhunting specificallyYou need to be able to navigate the `new normal` of it headhunting.

We are open to discussing various possible compensation approaches for you, and would favor some form of success-based component as part of compensation so you have `skin in the game`If you know you are good and can provide great results fast, this will be a route to great compensation.
