On location is a leader in premium experiential hospitality business, establishing a new industry standard to serve iconic rights holders with extensive experience in ticketing, curated hospitality, live event production and travel management in the worlds of sports and entertainmentOn location is a partner to over 150 rights holders including the nfl, ncaa, the pga of america and the united states tennis association, and provides unrivaled official access for both corporate clients and fans looking for immersive experiences at marquee events including the super bowl, pro bowl, nfl draft, ncaa final four, pga of america events, numerous college football bowl games including the rose bowl game and the tennis majorsOn location through cid entertainment & future beat also partner with numerous artists and music festivals across genres, including imagine dragons, metallica, luke bryan’s crash my playa, electric daisy carnival, migos, post malone, iron maiden, and j.cole.
On location’s operations include: anthony travel, cid entertainment, future beat, kreate inc, primesport and steve furgal’s international tennis tours.

Anthony travel is a full-service travel management company specializing in sports event travelOur dedicated sports travel professionals are committed to providing the highest level of personal service to all athletes, staff members, officials and fans.
An experienced travel consultant needed to be part of our after hours teamsThe after hours department is open 365 days a year, monday – friday 5pm - 3am et, weekends and holidays from 8am - 3am et; as such, this position would require working on nights, weekends, and holidays, preferably in the eastern time zoneIdeal candidates would have international and domestic group travel experience; they must be dependable, reliable and punctualThis position requires exceptional customer service, fast-thinking, and the ability to multi-task between different sharepoint sites.
Essential duties and primary responsibilities:
Handle vacation coverages for our one person onsite schools
Follow up on airline quotes and provide to clients.
Complete airline contracts based on airline contracts and rules.
Assist in group bookings by calling airline group departments.
Monitor and send out email confirmations on car rentals and hotel bookings.
Familiarization with anthony travel group airline benefits.
Additional duties i.e., answering phones, faxing, scanning, sending out airline tickets, and follow up notes and calls to clients.
Follow up on refunds due back to anthony travel from airlines.
Negotiate and assist with bus quotes as needed.
Familiarization with anthony travel preferred bus and hotel programs.
Must be dependable, reliable and punctual.
Assist with individual and group air quotes.
Reserve full size van rentals with major car rental companies.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
5 years travel agency experience
Proficiency on sabre gds system.
Must be able to work in the eastern time zone.
Active group or individual travel experience.
Experience with domestic travel booking.
Familiar with international travel (routings, fares, entry requirements)
Knowledge of ticketing procedures for airline, hotel and car rental systems.
Achieve established office goals for measurable accuracy.
Demonstrated professional customer service skills.
Proficiency in microsoft office software.
Ability to work nights and weekends when needed.
Position requires fast-thinking, great customer service, and ability to multi-task
Exchanges, fbo car rentals, car service requests, and hotel research for teams
Accountability, communication, and attention to detail are all important
