What you`ll do here
Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of experienced mortgage professionalsRecruits mortgage consultants and provides proactive insight, guidance, and support to senior leadership at corporate headquarters while helping to make on q financial an employer of choice.
Develops a state-wide sourcing strategy that produces a continuous, highly qualified pipeline of mortgage consultants (mortgage loan officers).
Engages active and passive candidates through recruitment campaigns within top social media platforms utilizing strong brand awareness (i.eFacebook, linkedin, twitter, pinterest, google+, etc.).
Possesses exceptional research, consulting, and executive sourcing abilities.
Acts as a compelling communicator and business consultant with the ability to engage the attention of highly in-demand busy mortgage consultants.
Other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the table
Education & experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred or high school graduate with equivalent experience.
Minimum 1 years’ experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role with the mortgage industry.
Knowledge, skills and/or abilities
Mortgage experience a plus.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proven track-record of success.
Previous experience in successfully growing new markets.
Ability to build relationships and network effectively.
Ability to maintain a large candidate pipeline.
Ability to communicate effectively with candidates at all levels.
Ability to positively project the company.
Computer proficiency using microsoft office suite of products.
Strong time management skills, including ability to accurately prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
