On site companies is seeking a skilled outside sales representative for the western twin cities metro area or stLouis locationWe are looking for someone who can juggle multiple responsibilities, consistently generate sales, and provide outstanding customer serviceThis is a hunter position calling on construction companies.

On site companies is a leading provider of portable heating, cooling, and sanitation equipmentOur climate control division provides heaters, air-conditioners, dehumidification, ground-thaw equipment and air moversApplications include residential and commercial construction companies, industrial, emergency services and special events.
Job responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver quotes: close business!
Develop and implement sales plans to grow business and maintain current customer relationships
Acquire, develop, and manage account base of customers
Prepare sales plans, sales reports, expense reports, and daily call reports
Maintain communications with management, co-workers, and marketing team regarding new equipment, equipment availability and rental programs
Cross-sell products from on site sanitation, inc(portable restrooms, luxury restroom and shower trailers)
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
Job requirements:
College degree in business or marketing preferred
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history
Minimum of two year previous sales experience, preferably in the construction market
Working knowledge of different phases of construction, equipment applications, and specifications
Must be able to present to all different levels
Basic computer skills (word, excel, crm)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel locally and regionally
Must be a self-starter who can home office with little daily supervision
This position has a base annual salaryCommission can and should exceed base salaryCompany car provided.
