Organizations across the globe rely on onesource virtual for workday services, support, optimization , and consultingWe create solutions built on the workday application that empower customers to become strategic hr organizations , then scales with them as they growTo date, onesource virtual offers hr outsourcing, it outsourcing, application optimization , and consulting services to 500+ customers that represent more than 35 percent of workday’s customer base.
Essential functions/duties/responsibilities
Prepares complete and detailed search assignments to capture job responsibilities and business requirements for assigned job openings
Develops and maintains relationships with operational leaders, hiring managers and other osv teams to create a partnership that yields predictable results and trust
Builds an ongoing network of contacts to identify qualified candidates who match capabilities, commitment, and culture fit
Leverages all available recruiting resources including job boards, networking, professional associations, referrals, etcTo identify top candidates, quickly and cost-effectively
Works with targeted schools for undergraduate & graduate level hiring to meet osv’s campus hiring objectives, as needed
Creates a pipeline of diverse candidates within the labor market
Provides complete, accurate and inspiring information to candidates about onesource virtual
Manages scheduling and logistics of all interview activity
Utilizes workday recruiting to capture ongoing candidate and search activity
Delivers a regular cadence of reporting to ensure a transparent process which tracks to meet business needs
Measured against time, cost, quality, and other advanced metrics to achieve positive hiring outcomes
Qualifications & experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent corporate or agency recruiting experience
5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience
Campus recruiting experience highly preferred
Finance, accounting, legal, sales and/or hr recruiting experience preferred
A track record of identifying candidates through varied channels including direct sourcing, internet, referrals, campus, networks, social media
Ability to prioritize multiple, competing assignments in a dynamic environment
Strong initiative and drive with the ability to work independently while still collaborating with teams
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills
This is a contract position and is paid on an hourly bases with no benefits.
