If you enjoy the thrill to source/recruit technical candidates for a mission-driven tech company, this role is for you! you`ll be expected to use all your skills to find the best technical talent, build amazing relationships with hiring managers, drive candidate experience, and close candidates on offers.
What you`ll do:
Actively source and recruit top talent through various channels including linkedin
Utilize creative methods and sources to find top passive candidates and connect with them over the phone or zoom
Build and maintain candidate pipeline using innovative methods and sourcing tools
Identify top talent for r&d roles (software engineers, architects, qa, product manager, r&d leadership, etc)
Campaign open jobs and screen inbound applicants
Provide exceptional interview experience for candidates and gracefully let them know if they are not a fit for the role.
Schedule phone interviews for hiring managers as needed
Discuss/negotiate compensation on every conversation and close candidates with offers
Lead intake and regular update meetings with hiring managersProvide data driven consultation.
Provide white glove service to candidates and hiring managersBe a great ambassador to the opengov brand!
Ability to wear multiple hats beyond the job description and have a `can do` attitude
What we look for:
3+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience with a focus on technical talent
Track record of successfully identifying exceptional candidates for r&d roles including software engineers, architects, qa, product managers, r&d leadership, etc
Experience sourcing candidates through multiple sources (web, social/professional networks, etc.)
Ability to run full cycle recruitment from sourcing, candidate/hiring manager management, and closing the candidate
Strong offer negotiation and closing skills
High sense of urgency is required
Track record of great work ethic and reliability
Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced work environment
Passionate about recruitment to deliver world class candidate and hiring manager experience.
