We are a self-betterment software company that helps people tap their power to write to transform their mental, physical and financial wellbeingOpyrus is now preparing for an expansion in 2021/22A big part of our plan involves becoming more engaged with our existing and prospective customersWe are seeking a number of great inside sales advocates for a large volume of leads coming from prospective audienceMost of our sales activity includes handling inbound customers and prospects that are seeking information about our products and servicesWe are looking for a salesperson that can answer product and sales questions and discuss numerous changes that have resulted from a change in our business modelWe are looking for a person that can handle whatever comes their way, creatively resolve problems and, most importantly, create happy customers.

Responsibilities include:
Take inbound sales leads and scheduled calls for new opyrus prospects.
Work with existing customers to convert to new service solutions.
Handle sales and customer service questions using hubspot, a highly automated crm and marketing automation system
Log customer sales and service voice mail messages and then follow up for resolution
Monitor sales and service inbox, determine the best resource for resolution and forward the email accordingly
Escalate any unsolvable customer service issues to a supervisor
Route inbound email/calls to the appropriate resource
Update hubspot with the result of all inbound and outbound customer calls, and tag for follow up when necessary
Occasionally coordinate the flow of documents between writers and the production department
Qualifications:
Experience in selling through the telephone and other digital mediums such as e-mail
A passion for writing, wellness and/or transformative services
Looking for an opportunity to change lives through what you sell
Customer service experience
Creative problem solver
Patience and a desire to help the customer
Comfortable on the phone
Prefer northeast but not required for the right candidate
Excellent communicator
A willingness to dive right in and do whatever it takes
