The rpa (robotic process automation) analyst will engage in developing software bots to automate business processes and ensure smooth functioning of bots.
Job duties include:
Ensure smooth functioning of rpa bots that are in production.
Research, diagnose and troubleshoot rpa bot related issues in an accurate and timely manner.
Work with various teams, systems, software, and hardware to resolve technical/non-technical issues and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments.
Engage with business process owners, analyzes business requirements, identifies automation opportunities.
Develop and maintain business pdd [process definition document] by translating business process requirements.
Work with development team to develop rpa bot to automate business process requirements.
Engage in integration testing of software bots.
Manage integration as well as configuration of bots deployed or being deployed.
Stays current on rpa tool (jiffy.ai) knowledge and training.
Skills needed:
Ability to create documents [example: pdd - process definition documents] to express requirements to be automated.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
Knowledge of one object-oriented language (such as c++/java/ python, etc.).
Knowledge of relational and/or non-relational database (ms sql, my sql, etc.)
Knowledge to plot different charts from the data collected during automation as required.
Education/experience needed:
Bachelor’s degree in business or a technology related field required.
Orion industry certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
3 years of experience in financial services or with orion required.
1 year of experience in technology with hands-on experience of any popular rpa tool, such as uipath preferred.
