Overview: we are hiring for a short term sourcer to join our recruiting team for a six month assignment! this position may be done remotely.
The short term source will use their knowledge and passion for recruiting to help us find amazing candidates for our hard to fill and technical roles across the organizationThis role will proactively research positions, the market and the business group to recommend sourcing strategies and find highly qualified candidates for open rolesThis individual will be the first contact for external candidates and we are looking for exceptional communication, candidate care, and recruiting/sourcing knowledge.

Partner with the recruiter for each position to source highly qualified candidates to fill the candidate pipeline
Use knowledge of business strategy to build relationships with candidates and create a sourcing strategy for each requisition using information gathered in the job kickoff
Develop partner-driven relationships with the recruiter and human resources business partners by understanding their lines of business and what is needed in sourcing for their positions
Understand, leverage and enhance the company culture and employer brand throughout the recruitment and sourcing process and provide realistic job previews and expectations to candidates
Assist in developing a forward-thinking approach to sourcing and filling talent pipeline
Attend job fairs and career events on behalf of the organization
Utilize creative tactics to source top-notch diverse talent
Partner with other members of the recruiting team to learn best practices and advanced sourcing techniques
Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment
Other duties as required
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required, experience in lieu of degree may be considered
Minimum three years of recruiting and sourcing experience required
Airs certification(s) highly preferred
