An it companyResponsibilities:
Responsible for global deal structuring, quoting and end of month process
Document validation: ensure that the quoting paperwork have all technical and financial information to allow provisioning and booking of the order
Quote creation
End of month data accuracy review
Work together closely with the order management team to make sure quotes are structured and priced correctly
Demonstrate creativity and determination to drive complex opportunities and increase overall sales productivity
Drive significant value for the sales force and act as a subject matter expert for corporate support organizations such as product management, legal and finance
Be a good corporate citizen – two-way flow of significant and timely information; work as a team for the most efficient use and deployment of resources
Requirements:
1+ years of experience as a deal desk or quoting specialist, or equivalent,
General understanding of good financial and corporate governance in the software industry
Thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing, rapidly growing environment
Able to work independently and remotely from other members of your team and corporate
Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field (e.gBusiness, finance, mathematics, or statistics).
Good communication skills in englishOther languages are a plus
