Full job description
Contractors in this role assist the hr lead with the full cycle recruiting process.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Assist with all sourcing and recruiting efforts
Maintain appropriate and timely tracking of candidates as they move through our interview stages within the ats
Coordinate remote interview scheduling at each stage
Assist with onboarding of new owls
Assist with talent planning and development
Review and create job descriptions
Continually learn hr best practices to improve remote workplace efficiency
Required skills/abilities:
Experience working within a remote environment
Experience using an ats
Outstanding communication skills
Must be approachable and helpful
Proficient in google workspace
Required education and experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of experience with full cycle recruitment
Preferred education and experience:
Deep familiarity with workable ats
Experience working with teams in the tech space, specifically the computer gaming industry
Shrm certification
Appreciation of puns (or at least the ability to groan at them)
