Full job description
We are currently looking for active or inactive ohio principal brokers or broker associates to join our team and earn $1,000 to $4,800 per month part time or full time!
If you are not actively engaged in real estate activities, if you are retired or have chosen another career but still have an active, or inactive broker`s license, this could be an exciting opportunity to increase your income without requiring a significant amount of your time!
We do require the following.
Be willing to commit to the position for at least 6 months (but we expect this opportunity to be ongoing for many years).
Your active or inactive license must be in good standing with no reprimands, suspensions, etc.
You must be able to participate in occasional training calls, review property management agreements and lease forms for compliance and sign off on them and review trust account reconciliations (we will assist you with this process).
