As the srQa engineer, you will be responsible for the quality assurance, web site and application testing for the company`s website and platformsYou’ll work closely with all members of the engineering, product and operations teams to ensure functional and business logic meet the agreed upon project requirementsYou will become an integral part of our diverse team and will work to enhance the quality of the product delivery throughout the development lifecycleThis role will report into the vp, engineering.
What you’ll do:
Plan, design, and execute test strategies across multiple platforms and frameworks utilizing industry-standard testing methodologies or processes.
Drive innovation and efficiency improvements, establish testing best practices and ensure adherence across the team.
Developing and maintaining continuous integration, deployment, and test automation infrastructure.
Create regression tests during and after each release using our automation framework.
Analyze, troubleshoot and report on test execution results including non-conformance to spec, regression break, design issues, and/or performance issues.
Collaborate with product and development teams on features and fixes.
Apply testing methodologies, principles, and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.
Drive innovation and efficiency improvements, establish testing best practices and ensure adherence across the team.
Work with a team of passionate automation and technology enthusiasts.
Who you are:
3 + years of software qa automation experience
Experience using both selenium and appium for ui regression testing (cypress is a bonus).
Mobile testing experience - preferred
General understanding of cloud & containerization principles.
Familiar with ci/cd tooling and infrastructure including jenkins.
Understanding of mobile device hardware and software.
Experience building, using, and testing apis.
Knowledge of databases and related structure.
Experience working in a high growth company.
Familiar with performance testing strategies.
A passion for troubleshooting and finding unexpected behavior.
