Statement operations analyst

What is the statement operations analyst role?
We’re seeking a highly intelligent and detail oriented professional to fill out our operations groupThe operations associate will be responsible for providing client with continuous support related to data and reporting through the interpretation of data and back office services through our in house portfolio management solutions.
What would be my specific responsibilities?
Enter and reconcile statements and notices in proprietary system
Handle heavy data entry in an efficient and accurate manner
Review and verify accuracy of data
Correct any errors or escalate when needed
Retrieve account statements and notices through various sources
Assist in monitoring and resolving emails sent to department email group
Manage and prioritize responsibilities
Assist team members with daily workload and projects
Ad hoc requests
What are the skills i must demonstrate to be successful?
Comfort working in high-volume and metric-driven environments
Self-starter with a drive for continuous improvement
A team player that always supports their team members to achieve the team goals
What experience will set me apart for this role?
Bachelor`s degree is required
Understanding of financial transactions, hedge funds, and private equity
Process-oriented with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to comprehend complex functions and procedures and disseminate that information in a clear and precise manner to others
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accurate, complete, and high-quality work in a timely manner
Strong analytic & strategic thinking and problem solving skills
Strong pc skills, including knowledge of ms office products
1-2 years of relevant work experience
