As a security analyst within pnc`s enterprise technology & security organization, you will be based in pittsburgh, paRemote work will be considered for a well-qualified candidate.
Essential function:
Executes security testing and ethical hacks of web applications to discover security vulnerabilities.
Performs both manual and automated dynamic security testing that identify owasp top 10 vulnerabilities
Reviews testing results with stakeholders and helps to determine risk ratings.
Develops new techniques and processes that identify application vulnerabilities.
Assists in the design and implementation of security solutions and continuously enhances information security approaches and methodologies at manager discretion.

Provides technical evaluation and analysisSupports activities, process, and tools needed to improve overall security posture of the organization.
Applies security concepts, reviews information, executes defined tasks, analyzes requirements, reviews logs, and creates documentationPerforms investigation and data loss prevention, data manipulation, and coordination of activitiesPerforms actions to address or mitigate risks and vulnerabilitiesReviews and defines controls.
Advises on more complex security procedures and products for clients, security administrators and network operationsParticipates in enforcement of control security risks and threats; potential of one more controls subject to manager discretionShares knowledge with staff.
Conducts security assessments and other information security routines consistentlyInvestigates and recommends corrective actions for data security related to established guidelines.
