Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
Partners with business and technology partners throughout the product lifecycle including vision, requirements, deployment and
Optimization.
Work across functional departments to deliver products, system enhancements, and process changes that increase efficiency,
Profitability, and client satisfaction.
Coordinates the project resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Influences product pricing by analyzing proposed requirements, anticipating volume, and working directly with product vendors.
Provides recommendations to the nature and scope of present and future it product offerings by reviewing specifications of
Products and the needs of customers.
Defines multi-year product roadmaps aligned to business stakeholder’s objectives and priorities.
Specifically:
Alliance management with internal teams such as home health nursing, patient concierge, direct to patient services
Support of the thread platform, system requirements, validation support, vendor relationship management
Industry pulse on tools and technology in collaboration with out icon teams
Helping build out the dct operational team to ensure successful delivery of projects in a system agnostic manner
