Covalent health hires high volumes of emts, paramedics and cct registered nurses in each of our marketsFlorida, northern california, and southern californiaThe vp of talent acquisition will support each market and their local recruiting teams in driving the applicant flow.
In this role you will work in a highly collaborative, dynamic, and fast paced environment focused on creating the best candidate experienceWorking in talent acquisition means you`re doing more than filling jobs, you will be a champion of both the business and talentWorking in close partnership with the covalent-health leadership team and the local hr teamsYou will support a team that ensures our candidates and employees have the best interviewing and on-boarding experienceTo be successful in this position you must have a full understanding of ems and know what emt, paramedics, and rns are wanting in a work environment.
