Associates are primarily responsible for the creation and oversight of financial models, marketing materials, and client presentations, in addition to performing research and various analyses in support of new business generation and the execution of m&a and capital raising transactionsSpecific tasks include, but are not limited to:
- preparing, analyzing, and explaining historical and projected financial information
- coordinating and performing business due diligence and executing m&a transactions
- preparing marketing pitches, confidential information presentations, management presentations, and other presentations as needed
- performing valuation and ad hoc financial analyses
- assisting in the marketing and execution of existing engagements
- building relationships and maintaining direct contact with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisors
