Full job description
At paragon business services we are looking for an experienced part-time independent contractor to perform property inspections for insurance companies within the state of virginia.
Inspections require taking photos and measurements of properties, along with filling out a report on the property.
Independent contractors are required to schedule their own inspection appointments with the insured if needed.
Requirements
1Fully remoteMust have a reliable mode of transportation (car)You will be traveling to each inspection.
2Access to your own personal computer, camera, and measuring wheel
3Must have a ged or high school diploma
4Previous experience with insurance property inspections preferred
5Resume with references
Payment is per report and can range from $3.50 to $26.00 depending on the request of the insurance company.
Applicants are required to submit to a background check and register for an employer identification number (ein).
